Here are all of the patch notes for Persia (excluding many minor changes):
Persia has suffered the cost of war, the land forever changed by the face of
battle. Once a heavily fortified empire, no more. Ravaged by great conflict, the
land is cursed. Its remains serve as only a distant echo of former glory.
Travel the landscape of a fallen empire, and battle for the treasures that awaits
one who plunders the ancient Persian palace of Taq-i Kisra, long prized in
ancient Persian lore for its mighty stature and beauty.
Persia will pit you head to head with your opponents, and no stone wall will stop
them from destroying the very foundations upon which one of the most mysterious
and knowledgable empires of the world once stood.

'Persia' by Lakayaa is a 2v2 multiplayer scenario in which players must control the Persian wonder centring the map and hold it for 200 years to win the game.
PLAYABILITY: 'Persia' offers online players a more challenging and strategic experience with what is essentially a King of the Hill style scenario. Working as a team is paramount and early control of sparse resources will assist greatly with late game advances. The good technical layout of the map design also ensures a great degree of difficulty in holding the wonder while defending your own base from opposition attacks, meaning you will need to micromanage your forces really well if you are to hold off and win the game. 4.0
BALANCED: This category rates the starting positions and relative strength of each player and whether or not everyone has the same chance to win the game. All four players begin with equal starting positions and access to resources, as well as paths to the wonder itself, giving this category a perfect rating. 5.0
CREATIVITY: It's a classic theme that offers a unique experience with good technical map design and in-game mechanics benefitting all players. Infinite farms become a possibility after thirty minutes, while stone walls are disabled to allow for a more challenging and free flowing contest but also ensure players aren't able to simply wall up the wonder and defend it with little effort. 3.0
MAP DESIGN: The author has given the map design a lot of attention and for the most it looks very good and really captures the mood of a desolate and war torn landscape, while still remaining simple and easy to navigate. Sparse resources means you will need to expand outwards as soon as you are able to and control some of the outlying gold. Trade lines with your partner will have to be carefully planned through a sometimes mysterious landscape, while you defend from your opponents. 4.0+
STORY/INSTRUCTIONS: The scenario provides adequate hints, tips and even a brief history section, which gives some background to the game. However it lacks in any real finesse to make it really stand out. 4.0-
CONCLUSION: 'Persia' by Lakayaa is a well-designed multiplayer scenario that offers a unique experience to the King of the Hill style game.
In a sentence - This is a good addition to your multiplayer scenario checklist.
