No instructions, no objectives, not even any story. What to think of that? The map design has no terrain mixing, no eye candy, just some flat squares of earth with units and buildings placed on top.
Your file needs all these things in order to engage a player.

I watch this scenario being built by my brother. He is not the best designer in the world but he asked me to review it.
Pirates of the Caribbean is a short build and destroy scenario in which you must build transport ships to travel across the sea and destroy the enemy bases. It is a very boring scenario. You have unlimited resources and it no buildings except a Town Centre to start off with. This means you need to fill your little piece of land with houses and buildings. You soon run out of space. The ships take ages to make and it get boring having to wait.
The scenario is really easy. It is boring and you barely need any soilder to destroy the enemy. You also have an awesome ship called Calypso which is almost immortal and has an attack which could kill anything in one hit. This makes the game much too easy.
This is a bit creative. I like the idea of the small pieces of land being the different ships and I like that you have included all of the characters. Apart from that the scenario isn’t really creative. There is not map design, no story, no instructions, no interesting and unique ideas.
Map Design: 1
The Map design is just water and small pieces of dirt for the ships. The “ships” which are just dirt are plain apart from a single Town Centre and a few heroes. There are is cliffs, no elevation, no terrain mixing and the only GAIA objects are shipwrecks that surround Shipwreck Cove. Try to add all of these things into your scenario next time.
There is no story and no instructions. What else can I add here?
A poor scenario. Try to improve everything. I’m sure you can do better.
