Set during the Third Age, the Witch King has come to Angmar north of the Dunedain Kingdom of Arnor. During the Witch-kings reign Arnor was disolved into 3 smaller lands Arthedain, Cardolan and Rhudaur.
This scenario is for 5 players 2 of which play the evil civs Angmar and Dunland.
3 of which play as the "free peoples" Arthedain, Elves and Dwarves.
This scenario requires no creating of units as your army is laid before you, there are however several unit spawns for each player.
The idea of this scenario seems quite fun, however how do you expect five players to actually enjoy this file when there is so much lag? Player one alone begins with almost 900 units, which is nothing to say of the other four players who are perhaps equal if not more in number.
To remedy this issue give each player a hundred or so units to begin with, and plenty of resources to use in order to purchase troops at their own leisure during play. This will in turn make the file more strategic in how the player handles his troops and to which fort he builds troops in, while also making game play more demanding.
