Playability: 2
The scenario starts off with you in a melee to watch. When your side is all dead, you get control of your hero and your goal is to run southward and be the lone survivor. Sounds decent so far right? It did to me too. As the game progress, you are required to run southward, over half of the maps distance. From then on, it's a bit more running around. Not particularly enjoyable at all. After that, I stumbled upon some gaia villagers so I started building up. Resources are far and wide and the enemies are freely roaming about the map. I cheated my resources to see how the game progresses and it did not get any better. I roamed around with cobras and killed all of the invaders. There was one enemy left but I was allied with him (the duke's brother) so I had to use mangonels to kill him and won the game. My game had locked teams so I'm not sure if you changed the diplomacy or not but this issue is due to poor or lack of playtesting. As you can tell, the playability of this scenario is very poor.
To improve in this area, you need to make clear objectives for players to follow. I was lost and roaming around a lot of the time. I wasn't sure where I was going and who I was going after. You also need to make objectives that are concrete such as destroy this and do this. Lastly, be creative with objectives because a goal of only destroying is not fun.

Balance: 2
There's not much to say here. The game wasn't playtested well enough to please the difficulty crowd. From what I can tell, this scenario is easy on any difficulty however it is very time consuming to play without cheats during the 'build up' phase.

Creativity: 3
The whole idea and gameplay aspect was creative but it was not displayed well. The designer needs to be more precise with the gameplay elements. Certain things such as the story and goals need to be expanded on. The plot was nothing new and nothing in particular is worth mentioning.

Map Design: 2
It seems that the map started as a blank grass map and the designer chose one area and started pasting the scenery very hastily. A random map would have been better because of the slight terrain blends and seldom open fields of nothing. The trees are blocky and the elevations are straight and hideously high. There were things that seems out of place all over the map. The designer did try to produce a river and waterfall effect but it's so far off the edge of the map away from the enemies so it's not likely that a player would go there. It wasn't very pleasing to look at either.

Story/Instructions: 2
The story is nothing new and pretty bland. Typos are plentiful and sometimes makes you repeat a word because it looked strange. Instructions were very poor. They were given as chat messages and they were not easy to understand. From the beginning of the game, there's a huge hole in the story. The game starts off with you, a bodyguard, staying behind watching a battle where the prince, someone you're suppose to guard, along with his men battle and lose against the invading enemies. That is one ridiculous way to start off a game.

Additional Comments:
I suggest you try some high rated scenarios to see what can be done to make the gaming experience enjoyable for the players. Good luck to you.
