It does not have a english readme.
Civs: any civ
Maps: Land map or land water map. It can not play at sea maps, since it will never build a dock.
Cheats: It will cheat at Hard or Hardest difficulties. You can chat "66" at the beginning to disable the cheat mode.
Put the Boom II. Ai and Boom II.per in your AI folder. also do not forget to put the boom 2 folder in your AI folder.
I am not the author. I just want to introduce this AI to AI fans.:)
Based on my experience, it can defeat any other non- cheat AIs that I can get. Take this easy considering I have limited resource to all other AIs.
You can contact the author at firstname.lastname@example.org if you found any bugs or have any advices etc.
There are some points on how to improve this script:
At the start send all villagers scouting until you find either sheep or berries. Your script had idle TC time as your scout did not find any food early enough.
Also your attack groups are too big and ineffective. They kept regrouping endlessly even when my cavalry archers shoot at them.

I played this script vs BOSS 6.8 on a tiny arabia map, popcap 200, hard difficulty, random civ. Your script got huns and had cavalier, heavy cavalry archer and was about 7k points ahead while boss was still in castle age. Yet your ai still lost the game. As I said in my previous comment your attacks were ineffective and after gold ran out your script stopped just stopped training units.
Imho you shout set these SN:
