Kings Blood


Kings Blood is a blood styles scenario. Buy unit spawns with your king for stone and kill the enemies kings to win. You get stone from kills and razings. Kills also give upgrades to your units, while razings gives building villagers and defensive upgrades.

Your king can buy normal unit spawns (Tower Spawns) and unique unit spawns (Castle Spawns). Players are limited to only 10 tower spawns, but unlimited castles spawns. Castle spawns are more expensive and spawn civ-unique units. Civilizations have been balanced so the elite unique unit upgrade is achieved at different number of kills for every civilization and the unique units spawn at different rates.

There is a total of 64 tower spawns and 20 castle spawns on the map. Basic tower spawns in player bases and siege in middle.

Blueway Great map! Hm... Great thing that is almost totaly diffrent than CBA. You'vd made a great job!

Mate, your scenario has:

huge lagg
it gets boring after 3 minutes
villagers can't construct a thing

I advice you to fix:

lagg (Put at every spawn to make a maximum of 10-20 units, at 10 spawns 100-200 units is enaugh!) (I advice you 10)

boring thing

Add sounds
Add animals like eagles (10-20)
Add (if you can) a cool intro story (10 sec)


The "kill king" thing is too hard! Put to him less hp (i advice you to put 100 from start and from 10 minutes to 10 minutes add 100 )

Never laggs whenever I play. Max units is exactly 200 units, max 40 of each unit. Siege is less, I believe max 5 for rams and 10 for scorpions and mangonels.

This is a typical blood game. Hawks or Macaws, IMO, distracts one from playing when poping up from the side of the screen. There is no need to sounds, as sounds often doesn't fit the theme. And intro? Bloods is not made for story, they are made to have fun and kill other units ;)

The king is not supposed to get killed at start. He gains 1 HP every kill, 10 HP every razing and bonus hp if he is in the middle of the map. There should be no problem to kill him in late game when you have a big enough army.

Villagers are only for build gates, walls and to repair some buildings (not towers though).

Obviously you didn't play it through correctly. Razings makes you age up and gives additional bonuses. Same with kills.
Blueway I overreacted a little (look down).


Anyway the spawn has too many units. it is hard to manage 400 units!!!! It is insane. So, please fix it. The fun factor is at begining 200% and after 10 minuts it reaches 20% and in the end is -150%.


I dislike persons like you that think that what they'vd done is perfect and allways are trying to defend their creation instead of improving it.

Listen to me

Research Imperial age after 10 seconds. It will ONLY enable the villager to construct walls !!!

The lagg problem is a great flow! And it is hard to manage so many troops, thing that reduces alot the fun factor!

Reduce troops per spawn(as i said, 10 per spawn are enaugh)


The king is allways garrisoning somewhere and the players are walling with melee and archers in back that slay plenty of troops.

Admit that

-your game is boring after 3-5 minutes
-your game is laggy no matter how many players are
-victory condition is verry hard to achive with so many units


Improve your scenario mate ecause you have worked alot at it ad it is a shame to remain as it is.

I played your scenario with other players and they agree with me.

So "shhh (be quiet)" and start improving. Or say "bla bla my scenario is perfect bla bla*...


I am verry dissapointed in you. I fout you are the type that loves to imprive his maps to make players have fun!

Anyway, good luck and stop this shit of defending your maps when you don't even play them!

Obviously you didn't play the game properly. You are wrong in most of your points.

First: Max is 200 units, not 400, and you control what kind of units you want. Maybe you want onlt 40 paladins and 40 unique units? Or 40 archers and 40 skirmishers?

Second: Only you can decide what is fun and what is not fun, this scenarios has gotten good critics, no bugs or any negative comments until you. So apparently, you are not a blood-map player :)

Third: It never laggs for me, might be your internet connection or computer that is not as good as mine. I don't know.

Fourth: Victory condition is good as it is. I tried having it start with 1-100 HP, and it was too easy. Far too many players lost when they tried to buy spawns outside their bases, causing them to camp in base without buying spawns outside.

Fifth: I played this map last time yesterday, 2 times. Why do you say I never play it?

Please, don't comment anything again, because they don't mean anything other than that you don't like blood-games.

Blueway I'vd tried. Your decision. But 10 spawns by 40 soldiers each a,kes 400 units. Anyway, in your scenario are too many units.Look at CBA, or other blood scenarious . where have you saw so many units?
I tryed to tell you what i saw wrong but you don't want to listen.

Anyway, what i want to say in teh end is that i didn't commented based only by what i experienced but what other players experienced too.

And when making a map you must consider that some player are laggy (with or without their wish).

Anyway, good map but it should improved :)

Now, CBA was a bad example, as it has 200 units as max as well. Because it turns out as a normal death match (which is 200 max pop). You didn't think of RM and DMs? They are also max 200 pop, do they lagg? Not that often.

You are true about other blood scenarios though, but compare their size and the size of this. The "playable" area is larger, making it harder to only have control of 40 units over such a large area.

By other playes you mean who? Only time it laggs for me is when someone drops, same for others.
xThomas This game was a good concept, it has potential. But at the moment, its just an endless battle of units from each side, with little to no strategy involved.
