Defend the Kingdom Versus, or DTK Versus, takes the original ideas of the first map, Defend the Kingdom, which was to make the prey buy the ability to build walls or towers, to make it harder for the prey, or just improve overall strategies to surviving 2 hours worth of enemies.
The idea behind Versus if you're defending is to protect the yurt in the middle of the map using walls/towers (which must be bought in the store) and units to slow the hunters' advances in that said map.
For attackers/hunters, the idea is to use the spawned units, which change every 5 minutes, to further push through the defenses to the yurt. The store that is available to hunters include items like sabs, rams, etc., to help break through walls faster.
Both teams have a chance to be both the attackers and defenders in this scenario, a unique gameplay style.
To win this game is to have your teams' yurt stand for the longest. Every minute standing = 1 point. The team with the most points at the end of the game wins.
