Story: You are commander Alex, and you went into the forest to get wood to build up your base. It didn´t really take long to create this scenario.... read below .
Playability: There was not much to enjoy here. Get 20000 wood and you won. You couldn´t do everything before you got enough wood, it just went to fast. 3
Balance: It was far to easy! All enemy units are scattered around, and so very easy to kill. As i mentioned above, not all side tasks (and there were very few) could be completed before you got enough wood. 2
Creativiy: There were some good ideas in here, for example using broken carts and shipwrecks to get more wood. But the triggers were not very good. To activate one of the sidetasks you have to destroy one of the enemys to get the siege onager from the saboteur north of your city. After some time he runs away into the enemys base and they kill him. And then when i did the mission i get his onagers and he resigned. You should have used an immobile units AI file, or just no character. 3
Map Design: There was not much to look at. Everything was default forest and leaves, some cliffs and some broken carts and it was finished. The enemys huge city was tottally build on leaves, and all enemy units were scattered around and so easy to kill with a small army. 2
Story/Instructions: The story was not that bad at all, but the instructions were poor, not all of the side tasks were on the objectives screen, and wouldn´t it be better that you have to build the base instead of just getting the wood? 3
Additional Comments: I was pretty disapointed of this map. I don´t recommend to download it.
