Playability: There was no fun in this. You are william wallace on an island with a big fortress and you are fighting against edward longshanks with a little base, no units some villagers and some recources to collect. 1
Balance:
The player had 430 units, what were like 250 cavaliers, 130 longbowman, 100 teutonic knights, 40 trebuchets and some more. The player had a huge city, with duble and triple walls/gates, protected of 10-20 accursed towers, and 10-20 bombard towers. The enemys castle was really little and had not a single unit! 1
Creativity: Not a single trigger, not a single idea! 1
Map Design: Square Roads, Square Island, Square forest. Everything square. Default Road, default grass, some cliffs... The base was filled with buildings. The enemy had some deserted lumbercamps, mills, and mining camps, what were almost totally surrounded by recources. 1
Story/Instructions: No Instructions, no story, no loosing message, no winning message, no starting message. 1
Additional Comments: I suggest you to download some other scenarios, to know how this is put together. Also look in the faq´s and learn the basic of triggers.
In Closing: Probaly one of the worst scenarios uploaded in the blacksmith!

The map is not supposed to be played by anyone too novice?!
It's a funny map,ideal by 2 aspects:
a) If you are the strong one, you're tested at how you take advantage of your army and win the opponent playing smartly.
b) If you are the weak one, you're tested at how strong-minded and clever you are to defend your civilization and counter-attack.
(edit for dragonslayermcmx):Tell me when do you usually meet Gameranger and we'll play this map.
This would be a great fight! ;p
2ND EDIT
Okay,it's what piece of cake you like.No doubt you're right. :/[Edited on 08/15/11 @ 07:03 AM]

I never play online and i really suck at playing, i even loose 1 vs 1 on moderate :P
Also i seem to have some kind of problem with multiplayer, sometimes it doesn´t work.
EDIT: By the way, your second edit was your first edit :p[Edited on 08/15/11 @ 11:51 AM]

PLAYABILITY: 1
Remember when Age of Empires II and it's fantabulous scenario editor were brand new to you, and you tried to make a first scenario? You didn't know what triggers were or what these pesky "instructions" were supposed to be, so you just added out two forts and a buttload of soldiers, gave yourself a gigantic advantage over the enemy, and thought up the story (if any) as you went along. If someone else played it, it wouldn't have made much sense. "THE BEST" is that kind of a scenario, even though I think by the scenario's title and description that it's meant as a joke. Still, it isn't much fun to play at all, and thus not getting any higher score than a 1.
BALANCE: 1
With 99999 of every resource, a starting army of maybe 200-300 soldiers, and an enemy with a tenth of your resources and no army to speak of, it's easy to just cross the bridges and steamroll the enemy camp. No challenge whatsoever.
CREATIVITY: 1
There is nothing in the scenario to warrant giving it a score higher than 1. There are no triggers, no story, all of the map design is squarey and unappealing. It's more organized than a scenario featuring just 2,000 war elephants vs 65,000 villagers on a green field, but it's not eye-catching in any way.
MAP DESIGN: 2-
I'm going to give this a weak 2 simply because I can see that some effort was put into the map. The map overall is very squarey, and there isn't much appealing to look at at all. The authour does try to use eye candy to make a better looking graveyard, and certain parts (like a castle in the middle of the island) don't look too shabby; the construction is basically good, but it would need a lot of fixing up to make it look good. This gets a 2 simply because the scenario shows that some effort has been put into it, at least the designer didn't just hit the "Generate Random Map" button and add out the two bases.
STORY & INSTRUCTIONS: 1
There is no story, and there are no instructions. Instructions are hardly needed as you quickly can guess that you must cross the bridge and defeat your enemy, but some motivation to why your ginormous army want to kill off a seemingly peaceful neighbour would be nice. This does not warrant a score higher than a 1.
In conclusion - not worth the download.
Other comments: The title and description of the scenario makes me tink this was uploaded as a joke, to get reviews just like dragonslayer's that didn't get how this was supposed to be the best scenario ever. I hope my initial review hit home and didn't come across as insulting, but this is the actual score I'd give the scenario. [Edited on 08/17/11 @ 08:16 PM]

I copied the original review of Lord Basse before he changes it, to be sure that people will continue to laugh for a while when reading it. Gniahaha!(I'm so evil...)
Original review:
"PLAYABILITY: 5+
This scenario is completely playable! Truly this is the zenith of scenario design (it even says so in the title!)
BALANCE: 5+
Super well balanced! It was very challenging to get my armies off the starting island as there were these weird stone structures blocking the way. I ran around in circles until I figured our that the metal bits of the structures (the "gates") would go up if you went near them! Very challenging! Once I got to the enemy's part of the map he had already built up a huge army and it took a long time to finish him off! Fortunately I had 99999 of every resource and he had only 11111, so it was just barely beatable in the end!
CREATIVITY: 5+
Very creative! There are all kinds of units and terrains in this scenario, you wouldn't believe me if I told you! And the enemy, who plays as Britons, has Eagle Warriors and Camels, even though Britons can't train those! Now that is a stroke of genius!
MAP DESIGN: 5+
The map has some great variation - it has grass, trees, roads and even water! There is also both an island and a mainland and two bridges connecting them! The scenario also has a very distinct style where everything is square - your island, the forest clumps, even the enemy's base! That's a style you never see in 5.0 scenarios these days!
STORY & INSTRUCTIONS: 5+
The storytelling is absolutely spectacular! First off, the scenario has no text whatsoever - no instructions, no hints, no history, no dialogue. Not even a single trigger! The only thing you get is the things you see on the map; William Wallace and his army of Huskarls and Teutonic Knights fighting King Edward III of England. But wait!, you think. How did Wallace get an army of Huskarls and Teutonic Knights!? Perhaps he went back in time to the fall of the Roman Empire, helped the Goths sack Rome, and was given a cohort of Huskarls as a way of thanks? And maybe he used his time machine to go back the Crusades, assassinated Frederick Barbarossa and made it look as if he drowned, and brought the Holy Roman army back to his island fortress in his time machine! Man, that's a fascinating story! Clearly top notch!
In conclusion - forget about "Ulio", this is the new best thing ever!"
