Playability: 2
I decided to give it a chance despite being given few clues as to what it was about, but having played through it I would not recommend that anyone download. Most of the playtime was spent wishing it would end: though a point in its favour is it did end mercifully quickly.
Balance: 1
The scenarios were far too easy. Scenario 1, my wonder was never touched by the Spanish, so it guaranteed me victory. The next scenarios are extremely short and again pose practically no challenge at all, as for two of them the enemy is considerably weaker than you, and the last one is a battle between two sets of demolition ships, which a human player can easily exploit to his advantage.
Creativity: 1
There is little sign of any creative process going into this. Anything vaguely creative is destroyed by the horrible execution.
Map Design: 1
The map design is horrendous: lots of default terrain, no terrain mixing, squareness; would have been better off using a random map.
Story/Instructions: 2
The designer bothered to type some text into the story/instruction boxes, but this text hardly forms a story. The instructions do, however, relate to what you have to do to win the scenario, which is always nice.

It was SO easy i beat it on hard in 10 minutes the whole campaign!!! also most of the missions you just either followed a path or did small raids that lasted 2 minutes then you won.)
Balance: 2
there was little to no balance in mission 1 you needed to build like 2 castles before you could build military due to population and even if you just sat there and let the wonder years go you would win, Very Easy.
Creativity: 1
there was no strategical positions your army was in, and most missions you just moved a small army attacked the enemy with almost a guarenteed win then the mission was over
Map Design: 1
just trees and units, i did not see one good map design they were all just grass and trees and the sea battles was just open shallow water with a small strip of plain desert just a horrible map design on most missions
Story/Instructions: 1
there was no story AT ALL i did not know the only changed name character that was only in one mission and i did not know why i was doing what i was doing and the Celts were fighting the spanish and allied with the British which is so horribly historicly inaccurate
