~SLINTBRIGHT SAGA (Unfinished)~
PLEASE NOTE: This file requires Age of Chivalry: Hegemony to work.
-This entire saga is being planned based on a character named Slintbright (Odd name, I know.) who is set as an envoy of the Lady Castellian of Ehidlin. The setting is in the outskirts of the Frisehawken region.
`Story/Background`
After the skirmishes at sea and the Revolution of Dernsport against Count Dansuvka, Slintbright cools his heals, searching for an answer to his query. His ruler, The Lady Castellian of Ehlidin, has been tearing her hair out for weeks analyzing the losses of the City-State. The halt of military operations has had effects on the far reaches of the Danjaku region, resulting in unprecedented warfare at the Bush-Sult front. With the Renbatalan military forces called off, the only protectors are the battered and beaten Dauk Guard.
Weeks later, the situation is no better. In a desperate attempt to control foreign operations off the coasts of Danjaku, The Lady Castellian orders SlintBright to deliver summons to Roma via the Hausiake Ferry in the north. To get there the SlintBright must cross the uncharted glacier formations of Frinsehawken. He sets off with a company of Dauk Marines in tow who are all but skeptical of this action. This action does not go unnoticed as the situation only gets worse on his departure.
`Definition/Claiffication`
-Renebatatly: The large nation that separated form the Royalty of Fragnolia during the revolution, it has since occupied it's own continent with little domestic problems that meet the eye. Over the years it has fragmented due to the vast distances of land. Though it is hard to govern in peace, all the regions are ready to answer summons of war if foreigners decide to invade.
-Danjaku: A large region known for it's vast forests and fertile flats. The sheer amount of rain and water sources make it a prosperous land. It imports most of it's potent military materials such as cast iron, saltpeter, lamp oil, and glass. It exports timber, horses, cattle, clay, shipwright, engineering, wooden weapons, and foodstuffs. The region is sized at approximately 200 * 160 Sq Km.
-Dauk: This refers to the Danjaku defense forces such as the widely famous Dauk Navy, Dauk Marine Core (DMC), and it's potent weapon, the steam driven Dauk War Cruiser. These forces are compromised of highly skilled personnel, tight organization, and state of the art equipment. The setback is that they cannot venture on the high seas and they are horribly outnumbered by regular military forces of the specific type.
-Frinsehawken: The large icy nightmare of Renebatatly. It is set in the middle of the continent and remains uncharted. Little is known about it as consequence.
`Starting`
This scenario starts with SlintBright in the graveyard of his old regiment. He is here to visit the grave of his father, Maulais I, who served the war hero Captain Armison "Von" Partay the revolutionary. He pays his respects and is about to leave when a vision appears before him. After a short cut-scene and an inevitable outcome, you take control.
`~Thanks and Enjoy! :)~`

Sounds cool, but I would upload a new screen shot, looks rather fuzzy and strange.[Edited on 01/20/12 @ 01:37 AM]

I suggest you play the scenario in test mode from the map editor, hit enter and in the chat box type "marco" and hit enter, hit enter again and type "polo" and hit enter. Then press the "print screen" button on your keyboard when you want to take a screen shot. This will let you make a full screen shot with good quality. Then make an account at http://www.photobucket.com , upload the images you want, and then go into your album at photobucket and hover your mouse over each image, then left click on the option that pops up that says "direct link", it will then say it is copied. Then go back here to your page and hit the update button. Choose the HTML option on the edit page. Paste the following code in the field where you write your description.
< img src ="http://i1116.photobucket.com/albums/k578/Xylon_Draganthus/AOK015.jpg"
Then take the code you copied and paste it over the one here (don't paste over the "img" "src" part, just paste within the quotes), make sure you don't put a space before the "img" and after the "src" as I have it here (I had to do this for it to show up on this post)
Then you can have high quality screen shots that are big and beautiful. Do this for each screen shot that you want to upload.
Go to my ICE AGE ICE MAZE scenario that just appeared in the Blacksmith to see what I mean.
This is called embedding an image.
If you need help, email me at confederatexylon@hotmail.com, I will then email you from a different email address.[Edited on 01/28/12 @ 11:40 AM]

I would like to do that. :)
However the computer transfer from Win98 to WinVista is not always reliable. It requires quite a bit of effort to transfer anything. That and like the title suggest, the map isn't that nice to look at. |

If you want my personal opinion, I think that this particular screen shot looks rather intriguing, so much that I downloaded your project and will play it soon. As far as the computer transfer, the best thing to do is put everything in zip files, this preserves the integrity of the files and makes it rather convenient, then just unzip it in windows vista. If you need any other particular help in file transfers, I know computers like I know breathing in oxygen and breathing out carbon dioxide, I would be glad to help you with anything, you may email me at confederatexylon@hotmail.com, I will then email you from a similar email address (to keep from spam).
EDIT: I hate to tell you this, I just tried to play your scenario and it crashed my game, would not even load, probably a corrupt campaign file, you may want to test it and then update the file here at the Blacksmith, lol.[Edited on 01/29/12 @ 04:21 PM]

I believe the file works only with Age of Chivalry, judging from memory but also by the screenshot in the top right-hand corner. I don't know why the author has not made any mention of it anywhere. I'll update the file post. |

It was in the original upload but last i recalled it was somehow lost. It had that little information, however it never got there as a result of the upload mania. So this one was rushed so I could submit before February. |

I am looking for extra comments and ideas. I would also be willing to have someone volunteer to help build the project with original ideas added. |
