The map is inspired by the amazone. Nevertheless the landscape is diverse and chaotic, since there are relatively small patches of land and lots of meandering paths amidst bushes, forests, marshes, creeks, rivers, cliffs and hils. The place is filled with wildlife. There should be plenty of recourses too, although finding them and getting there might take a little longer than usual.
It took a lot of time to fill in all the detail. Despite this, I think the type of soil could be made more diverse, because now it is mainly the standard grass.
It is made as a single player scenario, and the AI surely will find its way trough the maze. It is also interesting to use the map for multiplayer games.
go at imageshack.com , upload your image (go in game-standard game, select your scenario-explored visiblity-start-click ctrl+f12, a panel which will load will appear, when it dissapear close game. You will have a new image in screenshots folder. Lets name it "WWWW"). Upload WWWW image using imageshack.com , put your e-mail, check e-mail and click the link, copy the "forum link" and paste it here.

Thanks. However, I did try the ordinary screen shot, but then I get this image of neon green grass, brown water etc., so that is not really an option I'm afraid...

When taking a normal screenshort using the PrtScn button, you should get a new file in your Age of Empires II/Screenshots folder with the screenshot. I don't think it should have the toxic colors, but I am not sure.
To take a screenshot of the entire map, start the map, type in the cheats "Marco" and "Polo" to reveal the map. Then press Ctrl + F12 and select size and continue. Taking the entire mapshot will take some time, but when it's done it should be saved in the same folder as the screenshot was :)

Thanks, Basse, that latter option did work.
By the way, for using this map I downloaded some tropical sound recordings from Youtube to create the right 'atmosphere'. For playing these sounds I used triggers, otherwise, placing them in the Sound folder doesn't work.
