1. After looking through the code i realized that your unit training / building construction / researches require no conditions at all. It's just "can do => do". It also hasn't got a real strategy either. This AI was probably done in 10 minutes work time.
2. The gatherer percentages are absolutely off. You let 20% of your villagers mine stone throughout the whole game. You also let 20% gather food, 20% gather wood, 20% gold and have 20% unassigned. With those percentages it will probably take you at least 20 minutes to get to the feudal age.
So i suggest you to work some more on it and only upload it after it can beat at least the standard AI.
The other AI you uploaded today can probably do that (even though it's from 2004).

The problem of this AI is that relies in a bugged cheat which provides it resources which don't arrive.
But I know other AIs of this author and he has potential to make good AIs without cheating.
