King Alexander III is the third part of a trilogy brought to us by Bedo Salama. Having finally found time to come after my duties as a thread-reviewer I noticed how noone had volunteered for this campaign and hoped I could do some unrecognized designer a favor. Unfortunately, at this point, I can only offer tons of suggestions and critique. The only reason I add a rating to my comment is to warn the potential downloader from loosing his or her time. This, however, is not meant as an insult to the creator. I will gladly adjust my rating when reasonable updates have been made.
The only reason playability scores higher than 1 is because the scenarios are actually doable. Creating unwinable games is a very frustrating mistake some unexperienced designers tend to do. Bedo Salama does not fall into this category, but this is mainly due to him going into the other extreme. The Scenarios lack challenge. Let stay that there is no change of tasks within a scenario, but the task itself is often ridiculously easy. The golden middle between unwinable and boring is difficult to hit, but if you know you are bad at it at least try to integrate different tasks into one scenario, so that the player at least gets the fun of a story developing from his/her actions.
There is simply no balance. The only way the campaign could have been easier is to make a trigger that declares victory after 2 seconds. This can be fixed with very simple adjustments. For starters, give the player less resources in the beginning and the enemy some ability to build up something.
I don't expect to meet the next Tolkien when I play a scenario, but names and geography was literally everything that Bedo came up with. The storyline is like copied from a history book, but leaving out all the interesting details. Simple motives and simple politics by black and white characters.

There was none. But here a suggestion: At least use a random map as a fundament if you don't feel like doing every detail yourself. With the current approach you have large areas of emptyness.
Not being a native speaker of English myself I don't have too high standards on correctness, but the quality of English actually interfered with my ability to understand what was going on. I understand that noone is going to sign up for a course in English, only to be able to post his or her work here, so here is a suggestion: We are an international community. Maybe you can send the text written in your mothertongue to someone who can translate it for you in better English. If your language happens to be German, Dutch, Bulgarian or Serbian even I would help, but only if you go improve on the other aspects as well!
In its current form the campaign is a very rough draft, not worth downloading. I strongly recommend the author to integrate some of above suggestions into his approach towards design. I see that there is a motivation to set ideas into action, but the effort is close to zero. I sincerely hope that Bedo Salama will ambitiously transform the critique into effortful updates, instead of being insulted. I know myself how frustrating negative feedback can be, but feedback is only negative if we refuse to learn from it.
