newIdea, who co-ordinated the original said this:

"The idea for this map is to have a scenario completely influenced by AoKH. The goal is not to make the prettiest looking map, nor to make the most intricate triggers. The goal is to see how a community, like ours, can work together to achieve a goal. It is actually more of an experiment in this way. The goal I speak of, is to make a scenario that has map design and triggers from many different designers."

The story has as its protagonist Layne, a mercenary with an unpleasant past. He finds himself on a ship that is being battered by the waves of a distant ocean. What will become of him? Will he ever find a way home?

To the downloaders , be aware that the file still has playability issues, the most important of which is the fact that there is no defeat message when you lose one of the main characters.

However, the file is still playable and I haven't encountered any fatal bugs thus far.

My square isn't quite polished and Mithril's defeated me without a warning! Also a lot of typos. And I could activate Leif's square directly after Mithril's square by crossing the river. Couldn't progress after Popey's square. Also Julius, -.-

Yes Mayank. We are all fully aware that there are still shortcomings to the game, as Julius said himself, it has not been playtested and thoroughly debugged/ polished yet.

As for your square not being polished, you had your shot at doing that.

EDIT: The file has been moved to the PROJECTS section, until it's polished and fully playable.

firesidecake A very huge bug here,

It's in the square that Layne faces Rider, right after he protects the monastery. When I beat the enemy, after the conversation between Layne and Kashmir, the game crashed. It's nearly the end and I really want to know what is gonna happen. Please fix it.

And can anyone tell me what is gonna happen at the end?
Wailan Waillace Just cant pass the square 14.The swamp do not touch the land,and my units cant get across.The signs say nothing.

Oh,forget it.Just loaded a previous saved game.However the game crashes to me just like this las guy sayd: after layne faces the rider.

cmeb4uleave I'm still stuck on the first one and it appears that the never-ending drive designers have namely: riding the razors edge of difficulty versus playability--has made the many hours of work hidden. If one cannot play the scenario, only a small segment of players can revel in the designers' cleverness. I dislike having to use the pause button just to get through a scenario. After getting stomped several times, I have give up trying to play it. For me it is in the category of an unplayable scenario. Thanks for your designer efforts.
