"Tenochtitlan" is a entry in the 2013PTC, apparently an excerpt from an upcoming historical campaign by the author. Although the map has a sufficient pop to it to be considered valid for the term "pretty" on the whole its a bit plain and understated to truly contend for beauty. One issue is the extensive usage of symmetrically placed tightly packed buildings, which seem intended to convey a massive feeling of architecture, but the visual appearance of this in AoC often feels more like looking at the same image repeated endlessly in a mirror. The usage of music was clever and refreshing which is a good touch to breath life into any entry, but the rest of the city was empty and lifeless with no villagers or townspeople going about their business, with only the rare guards being any sign of life. The city does look the part of a sprawling metropolis and has a decent amount of detailing and usage of greenery as you would expect, though some of the bushes such as near the main temple don't give much impression as cultivated gardens and instead just look like some jungle trees somehow growing along the edge of the paved cobblestones.

In summary a decent attempt which could benefit from more detailing, polish and maybe some more life breathed into the city. This map certainly did convey the feeling of Tenochtitlan i remember from older scenarios such as "Cortez Conquest of Mexico" and has a good potential in it.
