I modified the long skirt of the hunting female villager all slp's, revealing the shapes of the legs.
I haven't modified the colors nor shades, just cut down the extra material and of course added some ground shades.
You can add clothing or accessories or change hair color, etc, by extracting all the bmp frames from all the slp files in the archive (using Turtle pack) and hope you remodel it nicely.
I can't wait to see someone doing so!
And there are some good modders, experts in creating new units..hope it catches their interest!
I really don't have time to work. I'm glad I finished but cutting, (in my opinion it looks very good, genuine unit).
Try it out.
If I can be of help, I'll be around.
p.s. the screenshots are in 200% than real size, just thought you can see the differences better,
AOK lacks in female characters, but these day have appeared good units to start a change.
I like your idea, specially the pants.

I love this unit but I have no idea how to install it...
Since I am using windows 64bit I can only use mod-workshop, but I have no idea how to use it to download your unit. I read the readme, I looked at the examples, but the example was still very different from your download. What is even more tricky is that there is zero tutorials on how to download a unit with mod-workshop.
I have never downloaded a modpack unit from here before so I would really appreciate some help.
I would love it if you could continue working on this unit. Maybe you could change the shirt or the hair color to differentiate it from the female villager, that would be great.

All you have to do is to install Turtle Pack, then, open graphics.drs, from Data folder of the game with Turtle Pack, and replace the slp files from the left, according to the number of each one from the zip file.
I think you know that you have to rename the slp from zip, properly.
After you open the graphics.drs file with Turtle pack, let's say you want to replace the 1560.slp file with another one called 26730.slp
It.s ok, but the number of frames of those 2 slp files must be the same, otherwise will have errors
In this zip, all the slp file's names have the corespondent number and type of action they represent.
