TOME The Black Gates, Minas Tirith, and Helm's Deep

The Conquerors 1.0c
This scenario uses the Tales of Middle Earth mod. Included are three scenarios for Helms Deep, Minas Tirith, and The Black Gate. I used a lot of triggers...a ton.
Minas Tirith and The Black Gate are playable from other sides, although some things are designed for only player one Gondor. If you want to change your civilization, then you have to do a couple things to keep the civs in the right spots. If you want to be player 4, then change your color to four, yellow, and change your civ name to the same as four. Then change player two's civ to what player one was, player three to what player two was, and player four to what player three was.
I spent a lot of time play testing and working on it, I hope you enjoy it.
The installation is different than usual. Just unzip directly in your Age of Empires II folder.
It has been fixed, thanks for telling me. Please re-download.

Good idea, great maps, and the triggers work. However, there is no challenge or ability involved. The scenarios are so linear that you can't really lose, except for the Black Gates, and that's pretty much a fortress map. I liked the way it followed the story, and it was a great way to incorporate the movie into AoE, but I could have just as easily watched the scenarios play out rather than play them out myself. Nice trigger work, nice maps, but the gameplay is less than stellar. Nice job, I couldn't do it, I don't have the patience. By the way, I'm not criticizing, I just think the difficulty could be higher. I love the maps and the triggers, you did a great job! I hope to see more maps by you guys!

Nice work! As said they seemed a bit easy, better to watch than play, especially enjoyed the scale of the battles. How did you implement heroes like aragorn and gimli into your campaign? I can't find them in scenario editor? Cheers!
