"It has been almost ten months since the declaration of war had been made. It is now late may, and the Snow on Mount Qaechk has finally thawed, leaving a battleground suitable for modern warfare.
As both armies agreed prior, the battle was to be held in the most suited place for battle in the Qaechkhahl region. The flatlands to the south of the great river Hagane.
The river Hagane was where the Tertian war ended nigh on thirteen years ago. It is where many lives and stories of heroes ended, and where the reign o a fierce empire began. It is said that on midsummer's night, the moon over Qaechkhahl is red, for fear of the slaughter. But after today, there will always be a blood-red moon over Qaechkhahl.
Today, disputes from generations ago will be settled. Many innocent lives will be given back to the planet prematurely.
And today, one side will win, and go on to prosper, the other will be erased from history, like so many others."
Sorry about the mistake of putting the alpha versions in before...
Just another point: The game is supposed to be fairly hard, so you do need to use micromanagement. It is however possible...
Please consider this when playing/reviewing. Thanks.
The reason I made it difficult is because easier games tend to have less replay value, and zyxomma100 kept compainging my games were to easy, so I got some revenge.

dude, after playing the alpha version campaign that was part of the playtesting, last night I downloaded this, to see if it was different. It had changed a bit, especially seeing as the 4th scenario in this campaign now doesn't work!
