Being more of a player and not much of a designer I didn't see much use for me, but I can see how it would be useful to newer designers, or even experienced designers who want to do the mount/dismount a different way.
Instructions were very good, simple and easy to understand. Once you take a look at the triggers it's very easy to see how this was done.
Prior to this tutorial I didn't know how to do the mounting/dismounting trick, but by looking at this I am able to see how to do it cheat based and non-cheat based. Overall, a nice tutorial that I would recommend to newer designers or people like me, who aren't that good with triggers.

But you could implement the condition obj in area (near he stable).
