You should add the ornament in his back... it would be awesome to see an Aztec warrior with his ornaments...

I read they used uniforms like in the image of the link when going to battle, so they could see the rank of every warrior. For example, the chief of archers has one special "flag" in his back; and so on.
The higher the grade, the better looking the ornament. The guy in the extreme left was the most important of the "people" ones. Called Tlacatepatl, a warrior that had made not only a lot of prisoners, but important ones (chieftains and so), he was like a colonel, and was even in charge of general management tasks.
Ocelotl (Jaguar Warrior) and Cuauhtli (Eagle Warrior) had ornaments too.
