It is recommended to have the Middle Earth Total Conversion Mod Pack installed, otherwise the Hornburg will look like the pyramid.
This .zip includes two sound files made by someone else but I don't no who (you no who you are)
The Battle of Helms Deep is yet another attempt at recreating the legendary battle scene from the movie. Unfortunately this is little more than a cinematic movie, and not much of one at that.
The enemy has many hundreds of jaguar warriors who will pummel some walls with great futility. Your castle will kill most of them, and the elite cataphracts that spawn in will hold off any that come up the main ramp. The enemy doesnt attack the main area, so its up to you to lure their armies in, or simply wait.
You gain a trigger win at 14:40
You could only lose by not doing anything at the start. You have a guaranteed win simply by placing your units in a transport ship and going to get a coffee, which is even what the instructions suggest(the waiting part, not about the coffee)
Its the same old Helms Deep map that we have seen dozens of times in either singleplayer and multiplayer categories.
Map Design 2
Its a random map with a small corner turned into the helms deep fortress. You can leave this area and scout the map, its overall a very poor aesthetic experience. You are even given a secondary base locked in some trees that is both ugly and useless.
Its the bare minimum of objectives and hints, but there is no gameplay so it doesnt help you play any differently. The scenario even instructs you on how to get a free win, so theres that.
