Hello all! Despite the fact that I have used HeavenGames to boost my gaming experience for quite some time, I have only now registered. This is my first scenario,so I would really appreciate it if you would download and comment. Please report any bugs you find! Thank you!
*IMPORTANT*
This download requires UserPatch V1.3, which can be found at the URL below. Even if you don't intend to download this scenario, it's still a great patch that really improves the game!

After 3 years of campaigning in the south, Captain Robert just wants to enjoy a little peace and quiet with his family. But he soon discovers all is not well in Blackridge, and he must fight to save his beloved homeland.
In this scenario, Captain Robert must defend his city from the barbarian invaders, and kill their leader to prevent them from ever returning! |

(This is my first review :P)
Playability: 3
Not bad... But not very good. The whole campaign is just send units to patrol and protect some heroes. You could diversify it a bit more.
Balance: 3
I think the first part is just too hard... You cant forecast that the enemy have hundreds of soldiers in the middle of the map. So you die quickly. Except that part, the game is a quite good balanced.
Creativity: 2
Nothing new... This is style is very common, in including even in the age of kings (own) campaigns... You could put more eye candy in your scenarios, and mix some game styles.
Map Design: 4+
I'm surprised! The design looks fine for your first campaign... Elevations, varied trees, rivers, and etc. The only thing missing is the terrain mixing. I also loved some of the troops formations! I see you had the care use AOKTS to change their POS :)
Story/Instructions: 2
Good story, but not well told. Almost zero cut-scenes, not much instructions... You can't even know the characters.
Additional Comments:
Despite my comments. It's very good for your first campaign. Keep like that, read some tutorials and you will be good at this![Edited on 05/17/14 @ 06:50 PM]

Playability: 2
One aspect which you have not given much importance has been the gameplay. On stage, the only thing I had to do is take a lot of troops and guide this from one side to another. Being your first game, congratulations, but you should worry a little more for the development of this important aspect.
Balance: 1
Terrible. Your troops outweigh some 5/1 to the enemy, so anything entertaining, besides the difficulty of managing such a large continjente, with the possibility of taking only about 20 soldiers at a time.
Creativity: 4
A somewhat short history but have to admit that you were creative, I miss you develop a bit, so I have deducted a point in this regard
Map Design: 4
A great design I have to admit. But you miss playing with the land, only i view grass 1 and 2,another aspect that you lack a little polish
Story/Instructions: 3
As I said, good story, no elaborate instructions, with decor and all that, just put the objectives and stayed alone with it.
Additional Comments:
To be your first scenario, it is a great game, but it lacks some aspects to improve, as a larger frame, and better balance, to create a game more difficult. |
