Just another generic swordsman unit, armed with a kite shield and a great helm, which would probably fit many roles such as mercenary or dismounted knights.
This looks pretty good. Did you create it from scratch?

Thanks, it was modeled and animated with Blender 3D, some downloaded models were used though.

Excellent unit! Thank you very much!
Achesun- you know how to adapt ready units for AoE 2?

Great work with the design and the animations.
The standing and attacking is good but the walking is not like the aoc one and in the dying the shield sink into the ground, it should lay on it.
Here you can check a walk cycle: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-mw2E6MSOwCQ/Tur95w6TEnI/AAAAAAAAAOo/BVZy5jmhTn0/s1600/walk-cycle.jpg

Ilya Kaudzi,
yes I know about it, take a look at the AOKH Modding Guild FAQ to find some tutorials.
todler,
thanks for the comments, I know the walking animation isn't perfect, but it's very difficult for me to make and I've been trying to improve that for a long while. I'll take a look at the link you give and see how I can improve it.

Yes it's indeed hard to make the walking, you can make a topic on the forums about it and post a zip/gif of your walking animation in the west angle. People could help you with feedback to improve it.

It is a really useful unit it can be used to resemble a dismounted knight, or as an evolution in the swordsman line replacing the two handed swordsman
Quality/Instructions: 5
it has very good quality graphics and fits really well for being a unit made from scratch
Additional Comments:
It is really cool

Hello Achesun. They look great! =)
If you don't mind, I have a question: How did you convert blender files into .BMP files? I have Blender v2.71. =|

After you animate the model and put it in proper camera settings, you can just render them as bmps. You can find a useful tutorial here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=115911
