I just completed your RPG, and I loved it, but I have a few suggestions for improvement.
1. When you get upgraded, your villager unit doesn't go away
2. I think you should disable Cartography, like in the first version. It'll be much more fun to explore Robland
3. Huskarls! Arg!
4. After bombing Miller's Castle, the instructions are displayed too fast. Make the timers a little longer
PS. Get the full Robland RPG out soon, I can't wait! |

This was a really great campaign. The only complaint I had with it was pretty easy. When I was tasked to destroy Evil
king Miller all I had to was [really I found it on accident] click on some houses to produce an army. (I'M NOT TELLING YOU WHICH houses because that would ruin the game) :)
I could definitely play it again. He had a couple of minor bugs in it. Another thing I don't like is computer controlled units following you around. If they surround you, you can't get away. So sometimes it can get a little irritating. Other than that it was a great campaign. A definite improvement over the previous ROBLAND TEASER.
THIS IS A MUST DOWNLOAD! :) |

Hey... Whatte heck is goin` on? This scenario is too one sided. You have to do things that are ment to do. No fun? No fun yeah... Come`on. Improve yourself. I`ll give you 3.2 dots... |

This campaign is terrible. It does not deserve a 4.8. It is very stupid, dumb, and no history event at all. I give this campaign 2.0 |

“The Wrath of Rob” received a very high rating of 4.8 and as a result I was expecting a fantastic campaign. However, I must say that after completing this campaign I was a bit disappointed as I expected so much. Now, without further delay let’s take a closer at this campaign.
The campaign's playability was above average. In this campaign we have to fulfil task from the king, which actually get somehow harder as we progress. The tasks were original and the creativity really boosts the playability of this campaign.
The balance is definitely the weakest area of this campaign. The problem here is that the challenges aren’t hard enough and it is actually very hard to die. In fact, even the military battles were simply too easy.
This campaign's Creativity was awesome! The author did a great job in implementing a variety of trigger functions and result really pays off. As an illustration, we can talk we villagers in their homes, we can blow castles with a bomb, and more. Now, I know that some of concept may seem old but considering that this is an early campaign I must say that Rob the Brave has done hell of job.
The map design was impressive in certain areas, so this category a 4.0 is well deserved. The main issue with map design was that there was virtually no elevation, the trees are often the same and man and nature simply do not blend well together. Also, I have to say that just because a map feature flowers or certain eye candies it doesn’t warrant a high score if it’s not done properly.
The instructions were pretty straightforward and not too complicated. However, the important information were given through dialogues which were unfortunately too fast and hard to read. The storyline was all right but it wasn’t anything that will blow you away. It seems that I was always a step ahead in the story and I knew what was going to happen next so part of the fun was wasted.
In brief, although this was campaign was pretty good, I have to say that it was overrated. Now, this is by all means an entertaining campaign, so it is worth a try. |
