Uses the new chance condition to create a truely random event generator that can be turned on and off instantly producing as many randoms as you want.

Most of the video explains it and very little shows it, simple and very effective.
Also there is info in the triggers themselves. I know this isn't the best explained
utility but also this isn't really a novice trick...
This can generate endless random events and be reset at will.

HOW TO DO THIS
Create as many as you want, but I create 6 triggers naming them roll 1-6.
These 6 triggers are all identical except trigger 2 disables 1... trigger 3 disables 2 and 1, 4 disables 3 2 and 1 and so on. Have them disable
behind them going up this list...
Having all the same "Chance" due to the chance condition, it is completely fair and balanced.
Now as soon as the chance triggers, it creates an outpost on a spot to represent the generated
Immediately, the DONE trigger, which is on a loop, detects an outpost on the map, realizing
that it has successfully generated an output it stops all the roll triggers preventing it
from generating more then one variable...
The true cross when clicked on activates the STOP trigger, which then disables ALL ROLL TRIGGERS
and the done trigger, then it activates the re enable trigger which removes all outposts and activates
the roll triggers again.
