The Portuguese Civ Mod II is the second version of the Portuguese Civ Mod, and it adds three new civs and new gameplay features! All of this was only possible thanks to the help of many contributors!
Features:
-Includes all of the features of the first version of the Portuguese Civ Mod: wonder powers, support units, mecenary system, redesigned scout and sea buildings!
-Five new civs (Portuguese, Aragonese, Moors, Berbers and Navarrese) have been added with unique bonuses and features
-A completly new age, the Renaissance Age, with new units and technologies, has been added!
-A new resource, Experience, with an unique way to obtain it, has been added!
-The Mercenary system of the first version of the Portuguese Civ Mod has been expanded!
-And, as usual, all of this is packed in an intuitive and straightforward installer!

One more thing that please extend the pop limit to at least 500 because when I played on Forgotten empires before your mod I kept the pop limit to 500 so please if you can extend it. Thank you. |

And, about this tactics problem in the tech tree: unsure what could be causing it, the game is always supposed to show it at the Castle in the Tech Tree....
Also, I would love to make campaigns and scenarios for PCM 2, but, well, unfortunately, I'm not a very good scenario designer, so, well, it will take a while until we have a proper campaign for PCM 2. Sorry for that :(
Concerning pop limit: the installer of the next patch will have a working option to extend that ^^ |

Hey guys, i downloaded AOK and AOC onto my computer and installed this mod. still didnt work. doesnt open at all when i click on it... idk what im doing wrong. like seriously the instructions seem so clear and i followed them carefully, and stll to no avail... sigh |

@ibra7: Hey! :D
Are you sure that you installed the 1.0c patch for AoK/TC? It's required by the mod.
Also, I would recommend trying to run the mod manually: go to your AoK/TC folder and see if there is a bpcm folder there. If so open it and check if there is a bpcm.exe there. If so, just double-click it ^^
Well, I hope I helped. If it still doesn't work, I have no idea what else to suggest... |

Daniel if I am not wrong you have used AO3 units in this mod. One more thing which can make more mod even more realistic and accurate is that you should use unique set of units for same region or religion like Moorish cavalry for moors and Berbers, Mahazona's Arab light cavalry(http://aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=12395)and Guard cavalry with a changed name as a knight upgrade(http://aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=12291), Arab infantry units(http://aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=11909, aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=11915, aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=10526)and a camel archer(http://aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=12171) for Arabs. I don't know there are any archer units for middle eastern civilizations.
One swordsman unit for Turks(http://aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=10700)and Persians(http://aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=10705).
And there are many other units you can put in other civilizations(http://aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=12037, http://aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=11913http://aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=11615 should be set for Byzantines, http://aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=10665,http://aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=4964, http://aok.heavengames.com/blacksmith/showfile.php?fileid=12217).

Thanks for remiding me of that! and for helping me to help him! ^^
Although, I'm not entirely sure if the installer-less version would solve the problem.... That's why I didn't suggest downloading it
And well, I have not used Age of Empires III units at all... All that my mod has from AoE3 is that Star Fort building in the scenario editor (which is a hidden graphic in AoE3).
Also, thanks a lot for your suggestions! Although I would love to give unique graphics to each set, I would need much more graphics in order to do something like that properly... Thanks for your suggestions either way :)
And, well, I would love to make PCM 2 compatible with HD, but it depends on many stuff that, for now, cannot be done in AoKHD :/

By the way, Saracens already have Camel Archer ^^ You can train it at the second page of the Archery Range if you are playing as or teamed with Saracens ^^ |
