I ever used a simple way to convert automatically tons of .00 and .02 files into respective .slp and .wav format files, just import the .00 files into DRS Editor of Turtle Pack Mod Tools (by choosing the imprt format file as SLP), then just extract them in a folder where you wish, and there you have the trick! ;)
But obviously, I don't want to discredit your work, and thanks for your upload marotinho!

I always did manually because usually there are few files, but when i downloaded "North America to Arms" (a lot of .slps) i discovered this .bat way to easy rename.
Thanks for the tip.

This is a very useful little .bat file for people who like to download all of those ancient mods of old that were uploaded at AKX files. For those of you who don’t know, back in the old days all AOK modding was done using a program called Mod Pack Studio (MPS) which saved the mods as AKX files. These days people n infer use MPS due to its inability to work on newer operating systems. Now we use programs such as Turtle Pack and AGE. However these programs require SLP files rather than AKX.
To play these old mod packs, of which there are plenty top quality ones to chose from, we have to extract the SLP files from the AKX. This can be done in a couple of ways, but what it usually does is give you a folder full of the SLPs but with a file extension of .00 instead of .slp. This means you have to manually rename each file extension from .00 to .slp. This is easy when the mod pack on contains one or two files but with a large mod pack such as Rome at War, you will have hundreds of files to rename. This is where this handy utility comes in.
All you have to do is copy this .bat file into the folder with all of the .00 files and execute it and it will automatically chance the files to .slp files. While there are other ways to do this, I have found this .bat file to be the quickest and easiest way to do it.
While it’s usefulness is limited to those of us who want to extract particularly large AKX files, it works perfectly and does prove helpful. I would recommend this to anyone who would like and easy way to renames their extracted AKX files.
