Prithviraj 2 - added starting gold mine, to help speed up the game
Prithviraj 3 - added starting gold mines/stone mines at Delhi in the north, so you can actually push out of Delhi. Also, the 300 gold for Imperial Camel first researches Heavy Camel then Imperial Camel.
Prithviraj 4 - added many starting army units for the initial player, and fixed the 'regiment' attack boost, by allowing a few cavaliers and a few crossbowmen to be present behind the enemy army, and get the proper bonuses by destroying the big yurt for cav bonus, or getting the hill for foot archer bonus.
Can be copied over the original campaign; tested and playable, or kept in the custom campaign format.
Nothing added to change the story or anything else. Just quick fixes.
