Version: Age of Kings
In this scenario you must establish working trade routes with some of the friendly populations. The goal is 10000 gold. No gold mines available. Beware of bandits and shifting alliances.

I've played it many times and all of the triggers should be working.

Be sure to contact me at retels321@aol.com if you have any comments or suggestions.

Xavier A great scenario, showing the potentials of good AI scripting; also a good preview for a game based on trading and protecting trade routes.
DAC_Legion That was a good scenario, except for some problems... Like how the Hoovarians at the very first of the game put you on Neutral so you cant get your Master Templar into the city. I think thats the only one there was..
Lord DavenShire This scenario is very good with several triggers and a cool plot.
It could use some touch ups. For instance, I didn't know Master
of the Templar was supposed to stay alive. It was confusing on how
to ally with the Merkes and Shin. Overall, this scenario is fun,
challenging and well worth your time. This one will remain my
favorite for a long time.

This is an intriguing scenario with a nice twist. Your goal is to stockpile x amount of gold --- but you have no gold mines. Money can only be made by trading or selling. Sounds simple until you add in the fact that your market-building capability has been deactivated. You just might have to scratch your head for a few minutes to figure how to pull this off. I don't want to give away any of the surprises, but suffice it to say that you'd better pay attention to the messages which appear on the screen. The designer of this scenario has used very few triggers, but made them imaginative and effective. You can battle your way to trade supremacy, or you can use your merchant's wits. Big hint: the latter works much better! On the negative side, the map is basically a seed map with the gold mines removed, and cliffs and buildings added. The story shows promise but it's skimpy. There is no instruction map, which always detracts from the finished product. Nevertheless, you may (as I did) want to play this one a couple times. It's simple and it's engaging. I look forward to seeing this designer's next project.
