Forgotten Empires unofficial expansion
RANDOM MAP SET 3: Lost Cities
Atlantica[v2]: Witness the last days of Atlantis before it was finally devoured by the sea. Explore the sinking continent to claim treasures and resources of a once mighty empire. Land map with irregular water bodies scattered around. Players start in islands that are usually connected to the main land.
El Dorado[v2]: The lost city of gold. Is it just a myth? Or is it out there hidden by thick rainforest cover, safely out of the way? Michi style map with canals which might connect players randomly (or not at all) and small openings in a jungle that may contain resources. Requires the Forgotten Empires unofficial expansion to run on conquerors. I've also added a version that runs on regular conquerors but at the cost of some eye candy.
Khembalung[v2]: Explore the eastern ranges and valleys in search of the fabled Khembalung and its fertile lands. Land map with abundant resources.
All standard map sizes are supported.
Supported Game Modes:
[Random Map] [Turbo Random Map] [Regicide] [Death Match] [King of the Hill] [Wonder Race] [Defend the Wonder]
Supported Resources Settings:
- Added predatory animals on all maps
- Added sheep in |Atlantica| map
- Increased gold and stone significantly in |El Dorado| maps
- Added some eye candy in |El Dorado| maps (precolombian sculptures)
El Dorado crashes the Conquerors and does not seem to work in HD, citing an unknown location error. The other two scenarios work fine. What's the .directory file contained within the zip?

Thanks for pointing that out! Apparently El Dorado requires a patch to not crash. It runs on the forgotten unofficial expansion; that's where I test them. I usually avoid anything that would prevent the map from running on regular conquerors version without any patches, but it seems I've missed something this time. I'll look into it ASAP.. As for the dir file, I don't know how it got there, it may be because I've saved the directories where I develop random maps to easily copy paste them to RM folder in AOK. Anyway thanks for letting me know and I apologize for the inconvenience. I'll upload a tidier zip file right away. I'll make a compatible version of El Dorado available as soon as time permits.

No worries, thanks for the response. Would be well worth scanning the map for anything that might prevent it from running in vanilla AoK: new terrain, units, objects etc.

It's the gaia object LOOT (pile of gold stuff) that was causing the crash. Removed it and made another file. It works on conquerors and bound to work on HD too.
