I made this scenario after playing Barbarossa's March. When I saw "One of the most glorius cities on the earth" I wasn't impressed. Any way I re-worked the city and now it looks much more like the most glorius city on earth! In this scenario, the Turks are invading and you must defend Constantinople. Good Luck!
I would say a worser version than ES. It still has a great city and fighting but the map is smaller and the city looks just about the same. Could be better with some instructions and a bitmap. Alot of fighting (which was fun.) There are two enemies, one is on the same land and is easy but the other owns a huge piece of land and is very hard to beat. If you like a game with naval war, land war, and long scenarios you want to try this.

"Invaders of Constantinople" promises to rework the ES mission with a much better looking city. Unfortunately, its a far worse mission.
The game is just a random map B&D on a poorly made custom map that vaguely resembles the typical Constantinople scenario, but plays out like a deathmatch with crippled AIs. You can use your post imperial age 5000 stone to wipe out the one land enemy with a BBT push in 10 minutes, then cross the sea to deal with the other "invader" who can barely make units. You also get that lovely 75 pop from AoK to deal with.
The player has a good city, deathmatch level resources, and lots more to harvest. Neither AI can put up a fight, but the red player across the sea is even more anemic than the nearby one.
The game is hardly different from a random map B&D, which wasn't the case with the ES Mission.
Map Design 1
Wide vast areas of same terrain, unbroken forests, huge chunks of road1 with buildings placed on a grid for the majestic city. Its below even a random map.
