This scenario was built around the Idea of recreating a more challenging and complex version of the learn to play Age of Empires 2 initial campaign.
For example you start with a fixed number of villagers and cannot create more, even though you can advance through the ages and get your upgrades as normal.
You cannot build more mills and they are no farms, but there is plenty of wildlife, goats and fishermen, and your ally will send you regular food tributes. You should pay attention to your villagers as there are wild wolfs, and balance the resources you collect carefully, as there is no market.
For war, there is no access to Knights, Castles, or new woad riders, but your Clansmen will send you Rams, and you have options of choosing the suitable combination of units to defeat the English. Wallace
is available, although its not necessary for him to survive in order to Win, you choose.
The Objective is simple, Raze the Enemy Fortress to the ground and Slay the Duke of York.
I have tested this scenario multiple times on Hardest to try and get a good balance and correct stuff.
