Already when I started this scenario I became very disappointed. That was because of the messsages. The only thing it said was "Kill the Mongols". No history, no hints, no further scenario instructions, just that. This should really have been better. I really think that every scenario should include good scenario instruction and hints.
I then started the scenario, and the next dissappointment arrived. You start with 99999 wood, 99999 food, 99999 gold and 99999 stone. I also think that full tech tree is on, because you are brittish, and can train paladins! I think that the opponents starts with quite a lot resources too however, so you can't just outclassing them in numbers. It's not hard finding the opponent, just research spies, and there you have it. Almost all map visible.
When I had researched spies, next suprise hitted me. The map design. I think that the map design was fairly good, but the biggest "problem" was that all the gold and stone places were huge. I bet there were at least 99999 more of gold and stone on the map.
The creativity doesn't recieves a high mark either, and that's because I think that this has been done multiple times before. Build up your base - find the opponent - destroy the opponent - destroy the rest of the opponents - Victory.
The playability is bad of the reason that I don't like games where youb start with too much resources. If you like that kind of games, this may be for you.
