The scenario is a RPS. On the download page it says Robin Hood – First Battle and under Author's Description Friar Tuck and the later seems to be correct.
The scenario has nothing to do with Robin Hood. The pope asked Sir Lancelot to guide Friar Tuck safely to a catholic village in the north.
PLAYABILITY: You follow a path through the wood, leading through two friendly villages, one is deserted and some monks join you in the other. 2
BALANCE: You got enough monks to convert all your enemies instead of killing them, but you have to avoid the towns and you are confronted with towers on your way. 2-
CREATIVITY: Nothing to mention. 1
MAP DESIGN: The map design is average, random map quality, mediocre villages and trees done with a big brush. 3
STORY/INSTRUCTIONS: A misleading title, a blank author's description, a main objective, hints, a small story and in game directions. 2
OBSERVATIONS: The name Robin Hood seems to be a download insurance and an advertising tool.
SUGGESTIONS: Try more of a story, have some life in the village and less monks and stronger enemies would help playability and balance.
