This scenario did take some time to win (although not as long as a good one) and the story showed why you were doing your actions. The Japenese had destroyed one of your towns trying to start taking over your lands but you must stop this.
You start at the top with all your basic RM things a TC, a scout & monk, some ships, few other buildings, and start in the Dark Age. I did what I usually did in a RM game and easily went to Feudal before my Japenese enemy. Its sort of a race to get to Castle or Imperial and than beat him down but the computer doesn't expand at all and just stays in his walls and gates while you easily send in some Longbowmen, Cavalry, and a few trebuchets. I think the longest part was trying to get all the relics scattered throughout the map and getting to castle. Its fun though beating them down..
Strangly though there were some other players that I couldn't understand why they were there like a hero cavalry unit that only gave you some gold and a few archers that if you pay ally with you. The map also looked alot like a Baltic map except it had some islands in the lake which I never went to except for the relics.
There should be better scenarios in the blacksmith but there are also ones more bad than this :)
