this include a soundtrack, its about some joanofarks dancing for king richard,(crusaders enjoyed watching the saracen womens dancing).I think the soundtrack is from the guy josseline campaign.Just a demonstration of what you can do with music.hope you enjoy!
The utility is a cinematic where Saracen women dance for King Richard and his crusaders. In order to synchronise the music with the dance scene, play the scenario on fast.
USEFULNESS/NOVELTY: The utility meets well its primary goal to show what you can do with music, here a dance effect with triggers, a good realization of the theme, quite useful for any scenario where you want to include a cut-scene showing dancing. The idea is not new therefore the question is if it is better, different from its predecessor, which it is without the shadow of a doubt. It is creative, well staged with a good unit choice. 4.5
QUALITY/INSTRUCTIONS: The utility is of good quality, you watch a group of Joan the Maid units striding across the scene to the music. It is a cinematic with a good use of triggers but as said, it looks more like striding than dancing. The map design with the crusaders on an elevation and palm trees at the sea gave a realistic atmosphere for the setting and the music file "inspection" from the 'The Guy Josselyne Campaign' fits perfectly. There is no text in the pre-game instruction screen or in game. The author could at least give a hint on what speed the scenario plays, on normal and slow speed, the Joan units keep on stalking when the music is over. At least the author wrote the scenario's objective in the description, "Just a demonstration of what you can do with music." 3
OVERALL: Usefulness 4, Novelty 5, Quality 4, Instructions 2, 'Dancing!' receives an overall rating of 3.75
SUGGESTION: You could have mentioned cinematic and that there is no need to touch the mouse in the objectives and "play on fast speed" in the hints.
OBSERVATION: If you are interested in this scenario's theme, I also recommend ID 1970 Disco Villagers.
