I downloaded it and could not find Stamford Bridge in the scenario. I found an island surrounded by bridges, one of which looks more like The Humber suspension bridge!
I've been to the place in which this battle took place and it really doesn't look anything like this scenario mate. If you want a map of the area then any good wargames site will supply you with one and then it will look a bit more realistic. Its a good battle mod but Stamford Bridge it isn't. No offence meant. As I said, its a good game but it isnt anything like the real place or the actual battle. Sorry.

Excuse me, but the battle continued after the Bridge and there the recapture and the destruction of the Viking Camp nobody bothers to Remember. Also, I did not want this historically based exactly because it would have a battle with no desicions made. The Bridge near the Base is Stamford Bridge the others are extra

Hi, first time i post here. just wanted to tell you: i needed 20 minutes to finish your scenery in hardest mode.
1/ destroying green castle: allied then resign.. follow the path, meet yellow camps (resignerd some minutes before, like elmost all other nations..
avoid to destroy cathedral, detroying town center, i won...
20 minutes, hum did i miss something?
