Battle of Myriocephalon
This is my entry for Ensemble Studios' Heroes of the Ages Contest.
You may find some bugs since I'm the only one who playtested it and I don't have enough time since my computer screwed up and I wasted 2 weeks before I could get back on track.
Anyways please enjoy my scenario, Battle of Myriocephalon!

Historical Rating - 4
Sigh, This game could have been so much better.
History - Play as a Turk Messanger gathering troops to defeat the byzantines who are marching throught modern day eastern turkey.
Playability - It could have been higher since there was some nice side quests except for two things The first is that you walked around alot, doing nothing for 10 minutes. The Second is a bug when you are gathering troops, you're given a order but you dont know what the order is, That's all I'll say, Figure it out yourself.
Balance - This is Very Hard, not for rookies, you need to have the right tactic to win this and with the side quests it's even harder.
Creativity - I suppose that one of the side quests, the one where you must kill the iron boars, is kind of creative and then we have the good old click-talk trick.
Map Design - It's very realistic, no eye candy unless you count lots of small desert palm trees with dirt and elevation beside it as eye candy, there is some nice looking texturing with some grass, dirt and desert to boost the score to 4.
Story\Instructions - Apart from history I said, there is no real story and there is very confusing instructions like select on the two handed swordsman beside the biggest yurt and there is two handed swordsman beside the biggest yurt, He's seems to get his directions mixed up, making the scouts report useless.
Good Points -
Nice Side Quests
Bad Points -
No Real Story
A few bugs
