You start with a wonder and a lot of villagers, but soon, the Mongols will attack you with a great army. Hold your wonder to the end, then you will win, if your wonder is destroyed, the Mongols are the winners. Good luck!

"Defend your Wonder!" is one of those scenarios that make you want to pour holy water on your hard drive to clense it.

Playability- Infinite Hordes of Cavalry Archers, Seige Rams, Trebuchets, and Onagers vs. 10 villagers with maxed out resources and a Wonder with 20 houses. Who will win? That's the setup for this scenario. Walls are disabled, so you need to build everything from scratch-problems start here. The only tactic that you need to practice is build infinite amounts of Castles and Seige Onagers along the arrival paths of the enemy units of Genghis Khan.

Balance- During the start, it gets really frantic as you have 50 CavArchers trying to wipe out your Wonder. As you build more and more Castles and Bombard Towers, with Barracks, and Seige Workshops, it get really.....really...reptitous...reptitous....reptious...It just makes you want to finish the damn scenario and move on.

Creativity- Infinite Onagers, Trebuchets, Seige Rams and Cavalry Archers vs. a Wonder and some villagers.....This gets a creativity score because it's fun to build up your forces from scratch.

Map Design- Near the end, I Marco Poloed to see what the rest of the map was like, since I hadn't seen any other terrain except grass 1. And I was right. THE WHOLE MAP WAS GRASS 1! Not a tree, nor cliff, nor water, nor elevation change. The author has ignored Map Design entirely, and moved on. I'm not sure of the exact specifics, but if it were possibly, I would give Map Design a "none".

Story/Instructions- I shall recite to you the pre-start story. "You have built a Wonder to Genghis Khan. He doesn't like it and will now destroy you. No one has resisted the horde before. Someone must." I predict the story took all of 10 seconds to piece together. The instructions? If the Wonder is destroyed, you loose. .......Info? What is offensive to Genghis Khan? Where in Asia is there a completely flat surface to battle on?

This scenario, to put it bluntly, needs LOTS AND LOTS OF WORK. Terrain! The map is HORRID to look lat. A deeper storyline. Why is Genghis Khan mad? I honestly can't recommend to anyone a download of this. The only glimmer here is the infinite troops. That idea has some promise, but this scenario is not the place to act that out.
