Um, this is my first map so dun flame me too bad if u don\'t like it...

"Failure to Contain" is a campaign based around the hero Ornlu the Wolf. You have to escape capture from the city of Gon.

Playability: The playability of this campaign is below average, you have a hero with no instructions of what to do in game and must basically reach one of four exits to the city by fighting your way out. This is very easy because your character is super strong. The game lasted 4 minutes if you took the quickest route out of the city.

Balance: As just mentioned, the character is very strong with 10400 hit points and an attack of 1308 killing every unit with one hit except walls. The balance was very easy and proved for little to no challenge at all, any damage taken by the wolf was soon healed because of his regenerating health. He never became injured enough for the player to be concerned as to whether he lived or not.

Creativity: The creativity of Failure to Contain was weak. It could do with more things other than fighting. The creative features in this campaign are breaking out from a cell and seeing a mining camp, there is very little else. To improve the creativity of this campaign the author could perhaps add rescuing other wolves, or helping a wolf pack to attack the city for the human's ignorance in maltreating Ornlu.

Map Design: The map design of this campaign could do with improving. The trees are well placed, however the roads are never mixed road terrain's and all the roads are straight. Soon the map becomes predictable and there is very little to differentiate from, sadly.

Story/Instructions: The story of this campaign didn't play an important part in the campaign at all. The instructions at the opening screen are one line long, the hints the same as well. The history section is better but still very brief. The story could do with more depth and things happening to enhance the story line. A cut-scene of Ornlu's capture would be a good way to further the story and take it to the next step. The instructions at the opening screen were few and in the game there was absolutely no at all.

Overall: This campaign could do with more effort and time taken to make it more interesting. As it stands currently, I wouldn't recommend it, it is also very short. I recommend to the author to download campaigns and scenarios from the Best of Age of Kings section of the blacksmith this way the author can see good campaigns, and how to improve on his designs.

Uh oops sorry - forgot to do summary... Um, basically u are a pissed-off werewolf trying to break out of a city crawling with longswordsmen and cavaliers.
