PLEASE PLAY THIS SCENARIO ON FAST. ALL THE TRIGGERS HAVE BEEN CALIBRATED FOR THAT SPEED.
ALSO, DO NOT USE AOK:TC TO PLAY THIS RPG BECAUSE IT SCREWS UP THE HEROES AND SOME OF THE TRIGGERS.
Your name is Charles Martel. You and a group of soldiers were sent from England to the Arabian coast on a secret mission. However, but a few miles away from your destination your ship is attacked by a horde of Saracen renegades who feared another crusade. Fortunately your small ship somehow outruns the Saracen war machines, but your vessel is dreadfully damaged and about to sink. The place you were originally going to land therefore, is no longer an option.
You are forced to land about a mile away from your original destination. As the ship hits land, it collapses in to the Arabian waters, taking with it all your soldiers. As you crawl ashore you try to get your bearings, so you can somehow find Richard the Lionhearted, who is going to give you your secret mission directives.
All you have is a sword, and some food and gold you had with you. The land around you is a friendly place. However, with only a little gold and food, and the possibility that Richard will ask you to battle, means that you must find ways to make money to buy troops. |

You are right about not to play this on TC, since I never have to return to a monk to heal my hero and the archers seem like nothing since the hero is a throwing axeman and has a very long range. It just makes the scenario super easy. My point is, don't play this campaign on TC! |

Well i played your scenario but it was to buggy, i couldn´t finish it. I have a idea for a thing that can be used in your scenario. If someone finds gold (a goldstone to mine from) He will get 100 gold or something. That could be something to use in a campaing dont you think? |

Wow! This is one great campaign! I just finished, after 5-6 hours of playing it and am almost dumbstruck. The map was perfect as was the game balance and triggers. I loved being able to upgrade the units and your own armour. And the horse race was soooooooo cool (unfortunately I bet on Purple Peter and he went mad :( but oh well). This campaign is really worth the download. A big thanks to the designer for creating such a masterpiece.

Very good RPG. It's the perfect world you could ask; no bugs, no unrealistic values. The cities are what I'd expect, flourishing and familiar.
I like how there's humor in the game. Especially the guy that burned his university... I'm gonna do that to my school. ^_^
This is the best campaign I've played! |

Haha. This was great. Truly original, and one of the only 'real' RPG scenarios I've seen, or one that's worth playing. This was the model on which I'm currently producing my own RPG scenario. Download it now. |

I think it rocks, but on the first campaign I decided to get some wood and and the IA called me a cheater and I lost.
I'm not one to complain, but I think that sucks *ss.If someone wants to cheat they should be able to cheat. It's their own lose. Otherwise this campaign rules. |

Well, seeing as you told us to keep 'em coming...
People, here we have a perfectly balanced, and near flawless campaign. It is clever, Witty and, most importantly, it works. It just Works. Mr. Thomas, you are the king of campaigns. One complaint: How does the villager in Damascus know of your quest for the (Censored for those still to play)? Otherwise:
Perfect. |

“A man alone” is very good RPG which has many unique elements.
This game provides a fair challenge, and it’s definitely a must have. |
