Your civilization lives deep in the heart of the dense mayan forest. However, rich Europeans have come from over the ocean with great wealth, and are quickly fielding an invasion force. You are geared for war. Steep hills on the thin winding paths are covered with entrenched archers. You have quickly erected towers to see far over the jungle canopy.
There are many ways to win. You could quickly build some siege equipment and gather all of your archers for a massive invasion. Or you could allow your town to be captured, and then refortify your town\'s outer defenses from your forts and slowly wear down the enemy. You could even hide until the enemy has gone far from help and surround him in the dense jungle.
This is a blood game: You start with 99999 of everything, and you are really encouraged to use the aegis cheat. This will turn a lot of people away, but this scenario really tries to take everything out of the game (couters, resource gathering, techs) except the strategy. You should really only use one unit--your archers and maybe some trebuchets. It is a game of stealth, ambush, and defence. You have to win against impossible odds: european armor vs light bows. You must use every hill, every ravine, and every choke point to you advantage, strategically letting your enemy whittle you away until your armies pour in behind him through hidden paths in the trees.
Recommended Difficulty: Hardest
Recommended LOS: Standard or Explored
This level inspired by Sierra\'s stunning game, ground control, which takes away everything in RTS but fixed-force battle in a breathtaking 3d environment.
