It's my second scenario so please understand some bugs and not working stuffs ^^. As always, you should play it in Hardest or else the computer resigns. It's about a game in which you battle hundreds of Mamelukes coming out like machine gun fires. It gets pretty desperate in the end, with like 3/4 of the city destroyed.. Lasts little longer than 15 minutes.

Finally, I thank the help of those in Scenario Fourm for this one.

Matrix III: Battle of Zion by demon revival is a fifteen-minute endurance scenario in which the player must fight off a never-ending tide of Sentinel Robots, who wish to wipe out the human city of Zion.

PLAYABILITY: I had fun playing this scenario. It has only two flaws: it is too short, and the enemy force is composed almost entirely of elite mamelukes. The scenario's timer is too short; a longer battle on a bigger map would have been more fun. The all-mameluke force gets a repetive.

SUGGESTIONS: Enlarge the map, and add some more variety to the enemies force.

BALANCE: I was able to beat this scenario in one try. The Accursed Tower the player has to protect is too well defended by towers. The three castles that block the enemy’s route to the tower are made too strong by the presence of villagers, which can be garrisoned in the castles for additional power. The enemy uses only mamelukes, which are poor at taking down strong buildings like castles.

SUGGESTIONS: A more varied enemy force featuring siege equipment would render the scenario harder. Also, maybe removing one or two castles would make the scenario harder.

CREATIVITY: Although an endurance scenario is nothing new, it does feature a few creative features, such as the scenario’s setting, and the division of the enemies attack into waves.

SUGGESTIONS: Think about ways in which the enemy strikes can be made more interesting. Perhaps raiders could attack the base during lulls in the battle, or maybe they could activate a powerful siege weapon that knocks out two of the player’s castles.

MAP DESIGN: Map Design is this scenarios main shortcoming. The base is quite simple, and the map is mostly roads and grass.

SUGGESTIONS: Mix terrains and add dead trees and other elements. Download eye-candy utilities to get ideas to as to improving map design.

STORY AND INSTRUCTIONS: The author gives clear and concise instructions, and explains that Zion is under siege by the Sentinel Robots, so it technically receives a four. However, it would have been better if the author had explained the basic plot of the Matrix, and why the Sentinels want to kill you.

SUGGESTIONS: Discussed above.
