Well, this is MW reviewing again. This little scenario seemed to be a fun piece of work. _______________________________________________________ Playability
You are zoo animals, just escape to the bottom of the map. Bare minial instructions, plus the waves of weak units, did not challenge the player at all. However, it was lag-free. 2
It was too easy to my liking. Toughen it up with better units attacking the animals or add level dynamics. 1
A few renamed units, otherwise, standard units. No creative story or objectives to follow. Minimal map work. The victory conditions were strange...bring just one animal to the southern border to win. 2
Grass 1 with periods of cliffwork and dirt 2. No eyecandy anywhere and little terrain mixing. As the tutorial says, "A rating of 1 is for a pathetic map... these usually consist of large blank areas with lots of square areas and straight lines." 1
One sentence story. One sentence instruction. 2 __________________________________________________________
Good start, but needs a lot of work.
-Levels of Difficulty
-Mix terrain more, fill in the map
-Objectives and mini sidequests
-Keep the player alive with sudden twists in the storyline, perhaps rescuing a kidnapped jaguar.
-Give the player a challenge. Better opponents.
