The Complexive Fortress Final is a multiplayer scenario which plays somewhat like a regicide. The objective is to protect your king while killing the others. If your king dies, you lose. It is been somewhat revamped over the original, and has several nice changes.

Playability: 4
The game was nice, but most people would rather play something with more action. The addition of a general (who seems to serve no special purpose other than as a strong fighter) was nice, but more could be done. The most minor of gripes: You can't unload a transport through a gate, so you have to delete one section of wall. A Sea Gate would have been better. But the addition of more elevation and enough resources to support a few hour game was good.

Suggestions: Fix that minor gate bug. If you want, put some more stuff in, but that will be left to you.

Map Design: 4
By, rule, a random map is a 3. I really see no benefit over playing either... Yet adding eye candy, etc. lags the game. I'll give the designer the benefit of the doubt and round up to a four.

Suggestions: None.

Creativity: 3
I had a hard time grading this. I've never seen a regicide custom scenario, yet it obviously wasn't an idea the author thought of. I gave it the median score, a 3.

Suggestions: Maybe you could have added upgrade triggers or something. I don't know; I usually don't give suggestions for creativity. Most of the time to upgrade crativity you must change the entire map.

Balance: 5
A completely symmetrical map. Nothing more to say.

Suggestions: None

Story/Instructions: n/a
They should take this category out of the multiplayer rating system... A story was provided, a kinda funny comment in the scouts... Each instruction box with something... I don't want to have this ruin the rest of the grade, so I "give it a 4" so the grade is unaffected.

I was a bit lenient because the designer e-mailed me nicely about my previous rating and brought forth some great points... Thanks for pointing out some misleading information.

In conclusion, the game plays much like a normal regicide map. If it would become more widespread on the Zone, we might break out of the current "blood frenzy" that is going on. :)
