This is an award-winning campaign I made for AoK. It is based on true geograpics from Denamrk, Scandinavia. The story-line also follows historical events, with characters such as Eric the Red.
The text in the campaign is in danish, but most of you hardcore gamers would know how to play it anyway ;-)
The 1st 2 senarios were a bit tedious, but the remaining 3 were excellent. Thanks.

The Viking Crusades is a danish language campaign, but it doesnt matter that much as objectives and hints are only a sentence or two and boil down to "Kill all, drink mead, enter Valhalla" and whatever else it is that vikings tend to say.
Its the same as random maps for the first two games. Scenario 3 is tedious as the player can gain naval supremacy and most of the city is in cannon galleon range. Then the army they have is 3-4x strong as yours so you must perform hit and runs for 30 minutes with your monks hopping back into waiting transports. Most often in the B&D the AI has bases given to it that are extremely unoptimal, hampering its strength considerably.
Its reasonably balanced if on the difficult side, but the high difficulty, when it forces you to use hit-n-run piecemeal tactics, induces tedium, not fun.
The first two scenarios are just random maps. Scenario three is a FF against a static city on a map thats basically 3 terrain types, no mix. Scenario Four is a B&D with a googly army to start off with facing down a england and ireland;you can can rush and kill either of them or probably both fairly quick. Scenario five is a 4v2 B&D nomad style but you have the military to kill at least one, maybe more enemies right away.
Map Design 2
Its about on par with a random map, the only changes are some grass gaia objects sparsely used. Some blank maps.
Its in the wrong language, but i can tell it achieves the bare minimum. Theres so little content it couldnt earn a 3 in any case.
Final thoughts: Its hard to recommend a non-english language campaign.
