Version: The Conquerors
This AI is a non-cheating AI (except on hardest difficulty) and it can't handle any water maps. It is designed for Random Map games. Best tested maps are Highland and Ghost Lake. Each civilization has his own strategy + there are 4 main strategies. Population limit must be 200.

This AI is (a lot) better than "Phoenix", I made before.

123kid i think this one is not so good, the last pheonix was better, this one switch ages very slowlu and very defensive, it's not fun, make it more aggrasive,and he has poor defence,i don't like it, try to make it more aggrasive like the last pheonixx

Doc Schulz Yes, I made the same experience: very passive.
For example, I sent petardes to destroy one of
the enemys gates. Very good in my eyes, each time the
AI builded up a new one. - You´ve noticed that
default AIs often build up walls and lock themselves
instead of renew the destroyed gate?

Bad, my petardes destroyed the same gate
over a dozen times in sight of many enemy soldiers.
But in no case they´ve been attacked.

Btw, and meant as little suggestion. I´m using very
often scenarios, where the wild boars and wolves
ruling. You can imagine in such a killing field
gathering and as well marching is like a suicide mission.
Well, seems to me, no (non-cheating) AI here can handle such a scenario. At last it´s easy to win, because
they´re lack of gold or stone very soon.
So, if possible, what about a `I slaughter any damn killer-
pig´AI? ;)

Phoenix is characterized by (1) economy, (2) defense, and (3) Imp age offense. Phoenix has consistently beaten all other AI's in my own tests of 1v1 Arabia. Against humans, I rate Phoenix well below Tiger. Still, Phoenix is good replacement for default AI.

Phoenix feudals around 14 min and castles around 23 min. It has no aggressive move towards the enemy whatsoever before 30 minutes or even later.

Phoenix will invest in economic techs at first chance. It will also spread to far away resources in later game. It has affection for stone.

Phoenix tries to employ a 4-corner defense. In fedual, it will build 2 towers, 1 each near a corner of its TC. Later it adds 2 other towers to the other corners. Later it will add a Castle to each corner. Thus the original TC will have 4 Towers and 4 Castles.

Against other AI's this defense is powerful. AI's aren't the brightest on how to avoid arrow fire, so Phoenix will rip them to pieces.

Note that I said "try" to build on the 4-corners. Depending upon terrain and other buildings, you may see 2 towers or 2 castles next to each other.

Phoenix will also aggressively go after relics with multiple monks. It won many games on relics alone. And with that many monks standing around, any half-hearted attack vs. Phoenix doesn't kill any units who are healed immediately.

Against humans, Phoenix is one of the easiest to beat. I've demolished it without losing a unit and without building a barracks. Considering its late Castle and heavy investment in economic techs, Phoenix is totally vunerable thru 25 min. Thus a sub-20 Castle and subsequent seige rush of scorps (vs. vils) and rams (vs. towers and TC) will thrash Phoenix before the 30 min mark.
