This AI builds villagers only and tributes to its ally constantly. Great for practicing sling-shot.
Settings:
- Standard random map game
- Dark age start, standard resources
- All maps except nomad
- All civs
- Population 75 to 200
- Standard or conquest victory
Tributary will not change diplomatic stance so locked team option is necessary. It will communicate with other players a lot. It responds to all taunts that can be responded by default AI. Try talking to it using taunts when there's nothing going on in the game.
Tributary does use infomation cheats to help allies. However, it will never use resource cheat. It might warn allies frequently about enemy military threat. If you don't like this or don't want to be nagged, this feature can be easily disabled by removing the first line (of script) in the main personality file. All cheats are in a separate file. Tributary will be much quieter then.
I am a beginner on AI scripting so Tributary is not perfect. (I can't get it to work on nomad.) Give it a try and tell me what you think about it. Suggestions, comments and constructive criticism are all welcome.

Tributary AI is an AI that apparently tributes resources to you and that is all. The taunts granted get annoying but the warnings it gives me are sometimes the turning points.
Even if you remove the cheats, it still does an amazing job, at least for me.

This AI to me is worth the download and a valued collection to my AI file.

This file is 10 years old, so it is not likely the author will answer. I would suggest loading the AI as player one and watching a game to see what it does.
Or the folks at the AoKH AI & RM Scripting forum might be able to tell you how to look at the scrip for that upgrade.
