Version: The Conquerors
This AI is for competitive use against other AI\'s or moderate human players. It has been tested to work under the following conditions:
-Population 200 only
-Land and water maps
-Certain non exotic civs including Briton and Spain
-High resources is best
It can beat farmertron by hz_Farmer.

To review this AI file I had it play three random maps and one deathmatch against other AI files. The civilizations were chosen at random each time. The results are:

Random Map Match 1:
LordoftheLand vs. Farmertron

LordoftheLand: Huns and Celts
Farmertron: Franks and Persians

Result: Farmertron wins in 55:22

Random Map Match 2:
LordotheLand vs. The Duke

LordoftheLand: Teutons and Turks
The Duke: Turks and Spanish

Result: The Duke wins in 43:03 (relic victory)

Random Map Match 3:
LordoftheLand vs. Standard AoK AI

LordoftheLand: Koreans and Japanese
Standard AI: Huns and Goths

Result: Standard AI wins in 1:43:03

Deathmatch:
LordoftheLand vs. Farmertron

LordoftheLand: Britons and Mayans
Farmertron: Mongols and Britons

Result: Farmertron wins in 1:33:42 (relic victory)


After watching LordoftheLand fight those matches I decided to rate it on four different categories: Military, Economy, Technology, and Exploration/Construction. In each category, it can earn 1, 0.5, or 0 points:

Military: LordoftheLand was not very strong in the military section. It built very few units and rarely upgraded them. Once it was attacked, it was quickly overwhelmed. I have to give it 0/1 in this category.
My Suggestions: Make it build more military, and more varied types (it built mainly spearmen and skirmishers).

Economy: LordoftheLand did manage its economy quite well. It produced/collected plenty of resources and used its villagers well. 1/1 here.
My Suggestions: Building more villagers wouldn’t hurt, but it’s not necessary.

Technology: LordoftheLand was not great at researching technologies, especially military ones. But later in the games it did do some research. 0.5/1 in this category.
My Suggestions: Make the AI do more early research, especially military technologies.

Exploration/Construction: These were not its strongest points. It built only palisade walls for some reason, but it never did anything stupid like building a farm far from a mill/TC. It tended to finish with 70%-85% of the map explored which is good, but not great. Another 0.5/1.
My Suggestions: Make it build stone walls.

Overall Score: 0+1+0.5+0.5+1 (the first point since you can't get a 0) =3 3/5


In Conclusion: LordoftheLand was an average AI. I think if it improved its military performance it could be one of the best.

Good Points:
-Good economical management
-Fair exploration and construction
Bad Points:
-Weak military
-Tends to hoard resources instead of using them
-Claim in description that it can beat Farmertron appears to be untrue
